Shipping Policy
Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
* Domestic U.S. orders: 3–10 business days.
* International shipping (if offered): 7–21 business days, depending on destination.
Delays: Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or holidays. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, ThermoPodX™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping fees.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your ThermoPodX™. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility:
* Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
* Items must be unused and in original packaging.
* Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
Process:
1. Email support@thermopodx.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship the product back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective).
3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
